Trade To The Top provides:
We offer a 7-day free trial for Apex VIP FVG. A credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period, you will need to subscribe to continue receiving VIP signals. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All prices are in USD.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Every plan includes a 7-day free trial (a valid payment method is required to start it). Cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. We do not offer refunds once a subscription has been billed — you may cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the paid period. The free trial is limited to one per customer; repeat sign-ups are billed immediately.

All content, algorithms, Pine Script code, bot infrastructure, signal methodology, and branding associated with Trade To The Top are our proprietary intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your subscription and legal action.
If you opt into Apex VIP Quant:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade To The Top and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, redistribution of signals, or abusive behavior toward staff or other members.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
