Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Trade To The Top ("the Service"), including our website (tradetothetop.com), Telegram channels, email communications, and Copy Trading service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

Service Description

Trade To The Top provides:

• VIP Signals ($99.99/month) — automated trading signals for EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY, XAUUSD (Gold), EURJPY, GBPJPY, US30, and US500, delivered via Telegram, including entry, stop loss, and 6 take profit levels
• VIP + Copy Trading ($300/month) — everything in VIP Signals plus automatic trade execution and trailing stop loss management in your MT5 account via MetaAPI
• Free Channel — limited FOMO-style teasers and daily market updates via Telegram

Free Trial

We offer a 3-day free trial for VIP Signals. A credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period, you will need to subscribe to continue receiving VIP signals. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.

Subscription & Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All prices are in USD.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Your Responsibilities

As a user of our Service, you agree to:

• Not redistribute, resell, or share VIP signals, content, or trade information with non-subscribers
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary algorithm, Pine Script code, or bot infrastructure
• Accept full responsibility for your own trading decisions and outcomes
• Maintain appropriate risk management on your trading accounts
• Not use our signals to operate a competing signal service

Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, Pine Script code, bot infrastructure, signal methodology, and branding associated with Trade To The Top are our proprietary intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your subscription and legal action.

Copy Trading Terms

If you opt into Copy Trading:

• You authorize our bot to place, modify, and close trades in your MT5 account
• Maximum risk is 1% per trade with a maximum of 8 simultaneous open trades (one per instrument)
• Trailing stop loss is applied automatically at each take profit level
• You can disconnect your account and stop copy trading at any time
• We are not liable for any losses incurred through the Copy Trading service

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade To The Top and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, redistribution of signals, or abusive behavior toward staff or other members.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
