Log every trade in R, watch your prop-firm buffer in real time, and see whether you actually have an edge. Runs in your browser — nothing is uploaded, nothing leaves your device.
Set your account once. If you trade a funded account, pick your firm and its published rules appear beside the fields — taken from each firm’s own documentation.
How many dollars are left before a rule trips. The smaller of the two buffers is your real ceiling for the session.

Logging is not reviewing. This is where the pattern usually shows up — most traders find their worst losses cluster around a state of mind, not a setup.
R is your risk on a trade expressed as one unit. Risk $500 and make $1,000 and that is +2R, whatever the instrument. It lets a gold trade and an index trade sit in the same column honestly.
One warning most journals ignore: R is only additive when every trade risked the same percentage. Risk 0.5% on one and 2% on the next and adding the R values together tells you nothing. This journal leads with currency and flags you if your risk size varies.
