E8 Markets is a Dallas-based prop firm launched in 2021 and one of the stronger options for US-based members — a group most European firms exclude. It offers flexible evaluation tracks (including customisable challenges), accounts from $5K to $500K across three lines — E8 One, E8 Pro and E8 Signature — and a profit split starting at 80% that can be raised via paid options.

On the flagship E8 Signature line the target is 9% in a single phase — with total drawdown capped at 8% and a single minimum trading day. Commission runs about $5/lot. A 5% bonus on the first withdrawal has featured in its offers. Trustpilot sits at 4.3/5; the platform lineup has evolved (E8's own tooling alongside MetaTrader-class platforms), so verify the current platform list for your region before buying.

The Rules That Matter

On E8 Signature, the base configuration is a 9% profit target in a single phase, against a 6% maximum drawdown and a 4% daily limit, both dynamic. On a $100K account that is a $9,000 target with $6,000 max / $4,000 daily loss room, priced at $440. The full ladder runs $44 ($5K) to $1,799 ($500K), with no activation fee and no minimum beyond a single day.

Two cautions. First, the fee moves with your configuration — choosing a wider drawdown or a higher split raises the price, so the checkout figure is the only real one, and E8 runs discount codes with expiry dates on top. Second, the drawdown is dynamic, trailing your highest balance rather than sitting static from the start — materially harsher than an FTMO-style fixed floor, and the single most common reason E8 accounts fail.
