Overview
Alpha Capital Group is a UK prop firm founded in 2021, holding a 4.7/5 Trustpilot rating with over $48 million reported paid across 21,000+ verified payouts. It runs four evaluation structures — Alpha One (1-step), Alpha Pro (2-step, with a choice of 6%/8%/10% drawdown variants), Alpha Swing (a 2-phase programme built for overnight and weekend holding), and Alpha Three (3-step, the cheapest path to $200K) — on four platforms: MT5, cTrader, DXtrade and TradeLocker.
Rules are clearly published: no time limits, static drawdown on all plans except Alpha One (which trails), and a free trial with real challenge conditions. Instrument range is narrow (~40: forex, metals, indices — no crypto), and a strict 30-day inactivity rule permanently deactivates idle accounts.

Where it shinesAlpha Swing is one of the few evaluation programmes purpose-built for overnight and weekend holding, with a 10% static drawdown and no time limit. For a trader running their own swing strategies it is a genuinely strong product, and the 2-minute minimum duration is irrelevant to swing trades.
